We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join our team at TechnohandZ Global.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within our Trade Finance processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process automation solutions using AI, machine learning, and Large Language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, making recommendations for further improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of process improvements, lessons learned, and best practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in process improvement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
