  • Sprint Coordination: Organize sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to facilitate collaboration and progress tracking.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.

  • Professional Development: Guide development teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity and foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a scrum master role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
  • Good understanding of other Agile frameworks, such as Crystal and XP.
  • Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
