Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the company's manpower needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that align with the company's goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
- Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand the company's talent network.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidate fit and make informed hiring decisions.
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests to ensure candidates meet the company's standards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, highlighting its values and benefits.
- Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to showcase the company's brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR/Recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
- Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruitment.
- Proficiency in using HR technologies and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Familiarity with the latest HR trends and best practices, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Multilingual abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
