Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the company's manpower needs.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that align with the company's goals.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  6. Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand the company's talent network.

Qualifications:

  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.
  8. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Certification in HR/Recruitment, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
  2. Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruitment.
  3. Proficiency in using HR technologies and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
  4. Familiarity with the latest HR trends and best practices, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
