About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS professional to join our team at Sigma Earth.

  • This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • You will champion our Zero Harm Program, ensuring a strong EHS culture across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement EHS strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Leverage your expertise to drive down environmental footprints and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Mentor and guide teams to ensure adherence to company EHS procedures.
  4. Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
  5. Design and oversee EHS training programs and monitor performance through KPIs.
  6. Track incidents and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field with a solid foundation in EHS practices.
  • 6-8 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in service-oriented sectors like power generation or oil & gas.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH National or International Diploma, and ASP/CSP certifications.
  • Auditing credentials like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Cross-cultural collaboration experience with success working across diverse cultural settings.
  • Strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
