How You'll Make an Impact
  • Champion the Zero Harm Program: Drive the implementation and communication of the Zero Harm Program to promote a strong Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Deliver on EHS Goals & KPIs: Lead efforts to meet roadmap targets and EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while initiating programs that align with and support strategic business objectives.
  • Reduce Environmental Footprint: Continuously identify and implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of operations through proactive controls.
  • Mentor and Guide Teams: Provide coaching and EHS-related guidance to staff and leadership to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Enforce EHS Policies: Ensure compliance with company and client EHS procedures among employees, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead Risk Assessments: Conduct and oversee risk assessments for planned and corrective maintenance activities, and support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage Training & Performance Metrics: Design and oversee EHS training programs, monitor performance through KPIs, and prepare regular EHS reports.
  • Track Incidents & Analyze Data: Oversee incident reporting and investigation processes, evaluate EHS performance data for trends, and manage dashboards and performance tracking tools.
What You Bring
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, with a solid foundation in EHS practices and frameworks.
  • Industry Experience: 6–8 years of relevant EHS experience, ideally within service-oriented sectors such as power generation or oil & gas.
  • Professional Certifications: Mandatory EHS credentials include NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH National or International Diploma, and ASP/CSP certifications.
  • Auditing Credentials: ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications are required; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
  • Leadership Ability: Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Demonstrated success working across diverse cultural settings to achieve strong EHS performance outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinking & Teamwork: Skilled in identifying complex challenges, developing actionable solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication & Accountability: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with a proactive and accountable approach to responsibilities and the ability to work independently.
