Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to possess the following qualifications:

  2. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store employees to deliver exceptional results.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  5. Education: A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
