Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our teams at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Groups and Events team, negotiating contracts with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organize site visits, sales calls, and other sales-related activities;
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to drive business and increase market share;
  • Develop close cooperation with accounts to drive revenue growth;
  • Maintain accurate data reporting for the Revenue Management Team;

Key Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year work experience as Event Sales Manager in a hotel;
  2. Negotiation and selling skills;
  3. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills;
  4. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
