We are seeking a Front Desk Professional to join our team at Ennismore. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Reservation Management: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (e.g., Opera).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
