The Owned Content & Channels team develops content for the general population, educating and sharing news and stories about how Amazon supports our customers, employees, and communities.

Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of recent professional communications, newsroom, or public relations experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable with senior management visibility.
  • Editorial Tone and Voice: Strong sense of editorial tone and voice.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • SEO and Digital Media Knowledge: Knowledgeable about SEO and digital media trends, and how to apply these insights to their work.
  • Team Player: Exceptional team player with a positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
