Main Tasks:
  • Support the Fluid Codes Sales Team in their daily sales operations across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and process quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
  • Monitor customer interactions, following up on pending deals, renewals, and license deliveries.
  • Ensure accurate records of customer interactions, purchase history, and open opportunities are maintained in Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop and share weekly sales reports with Sales Directors, highlighting pipeline, renewals, and key metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure timely license delivery and track software renewals.
  • Streamline order processing and contract management through collaboration with finance and operations teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in software sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and customer data.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, sales reports, and tracking renewals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a geographically distributed sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
