Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling our recruitment products and services.
  • Prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channels.
  • Action all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Determine customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
  • Provide online and onsite demonstrations to clients to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
  • Effectively manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions.
  • Work experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage.
