About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in reinsurance placements and drive business growth. You will work closely with our placement team and CSS team to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional client service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support brokers in the placement of facultative placements, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  2. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Update management on issues and progress, ensuring quality client service and adherence to standards.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and reinsurance companies.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic changes and drive business growth.

Key Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in reinsurance placements.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
