About the Role:

MARSH & MCLENNAN COMPANIES (MMC) is looking for a seasoned Insurance Broker to join its team in the MENA region. The successful candidate will specialize in FINPRO products and serve commercial institutions across the MENA region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in reinsurance/insurance broking, preferably with experience in Financial and Professional Lines products. They should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset with a sales focus.

Responsibilities will include engaging strongly with retail teams, providing strategic input in sales and planning processes, collecting risk information, presenting terms and comparative analysis to clients, executing placement strategies, and identifying sales opportunities to grow the FINPRO portfolio.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant college/university degree (preferable).
  • At least 5 years of experience in reinsurance/insurance broking, preferably in Financial and Professional Lines products.
  • Strong technical knowledge in reinsurance of Financial and Professional Lines products.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
