Job Role:

This role combines procurement and marketing responsibilities, requiring a unique blend of skills and expertise. The successful candidate will oversee procurement activities, manage marketing strategies, and ensure seamless operations for our clinic's product and service offerings.

Key Accountabilities:Procurement Key Accountabilities:
  • Supplier Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of clinic products, equipment, and services.
  • Procurement Process Improvement: Streamline the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and order management.
  • Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for procurement activities.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure that all procured goods meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.
Marketing Key Accountabilities:
  • Brand Building: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and patient acquisition.
  • Digital Presence: Manage the clinic's online presence, including social media, website updates, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and events to drive patient engagement and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and patient preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborations: Foster collaborations with healthcare professionals, vendors, and partners to promote the clinic's services through joint campaigns or partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement and marketing, preferably within a healthcare or clinic environment.
  • Experience using the Fracto System or similar healthcare management software.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for a healthcare business.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with clinic operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience in healthcare product marketing and patient acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM and clinic management software.
