About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires the individual to be proactive in generating new business leads, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services.
  • Pricing Strategy: Conduct market research to stay competitive, and advise management on pricing strategies to ensure maximum revenue.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential deals, regularly updating management on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the operations team to negotiate contracts that meet client requirements while adhering to our standards.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the medical laboratory industry in Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
  • Tangible sales record in working with licensed medical providers using reference laboratories.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai insurance formalities.
  • A robust network of contacts within hospitals, clinics, referring physicians, insurance companies, and HSE management of corporates.
  • Clinical experience and education in our field of services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed.
