Consultz is partnering with a prominent Investment Management firm to identify a skilled Knowledge Management / Archiving Specialist.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for the organization and management of corporate records. Your role will involve the development and implementation of document management strategies, archiving processes, data analysis, and the facilitation of effective information management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the structuring and maintenance of company records.
  • Implement and manage document management procedures.
  • Conduct data analysis to support organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with recordkeeping regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience, or recent graduates with a degree in Knowledge Management.
  • Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
