Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Ensure that all documents and records are properly classified, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT, and records management teams to develop and implement effective document management procedures.
  • Resource Management: Evaluate and recommend external tools and resources to support document management needs.
  • Information Services: Analyze and select information services to support document management and retrieval.
  • Correspondence: Respond to special reference subjects and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Resource Procurement: Select and order new resource materials to support document management needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in document management, records management, or a related field.
  • Software: Familiarity with document management software, such as ACONEX.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of construction projects and document management best practices.
