They will also administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking, addressing employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR compliance requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role. UAE National with Family book is also mandatory.

Additional qualifications include CIPD Level 3 or higher certification and experience working in a technology company or a similar industry.
