Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account-based marketing plans for priority accounts in the MEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Account Strategy Development: Work with account teams to create and execute marketing programs that achieve sales and pipeline goals aligned to customer priorities.
- Value Proposition Development: Lead workshops to articulate clear account-specific messaging and demonstrated problems/solutions fit.
- Research and Analysis: Ensure effective research and use of personas, journey mapping, and moments that matter across accounts and campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with content, digital events, and creative teams on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/messaging testing, events, and creative development.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on all ABM activity based on account KPIs and successes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program status to key stakeholders, ensuring programs are executed on time and customer contact strategies and workflows are working, achieving positive results.
- Program Optimization: Create, maintain, and optimize quarterly programs based on actionable data/insights, customer feedback, corporate priorities, and account strategy.
- Marketing Experience: Must have relevant years executing marketing campaigns.
- Education: Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- Skills: Highly motivated, self-starter, independent, critical thinker, and problem-solver. Persistent, positive, and self-reliant within given deadlines. Excellent communicator (via presentation, written, and spoken channels) and coalition builder, knowing how to build organizational support and credibility across the company.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Regional Knowledge: Relevant local experience and knowledge of markets, culture, and/or key customers in the MEA region (preferred).
- Global Collaboration: Ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders.
