  • Provide Operations Support: Collaborate with medical and security professionals to understand and fulfill client requests for assistance.
  • Client Service: Demonstrate a professional, positive, and caring attitude when servicing clients and subscribers, with the objective of exceeding expectations.
  • Request Management: Probe clients and subscribers to ensure that requests for assistance are understood and acted upon in every instance.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure continuity of service delivery by answering all requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner, managing cases in line with the key directive of Assist First, Verify Later.
  • Documentation: Document all matters relating to requests using telecommunication and computer systems made available by the organization.
  • Service Coordination: Plan and coordinate full-range services for clients, utilizing internal resources of International SOS and external correspondents where necessary.
  • Case Escalation: Reliably escalate cases and requests where required by company protocols.
  • Logistical Arrangements: Ensure that logistical arrangements are communicated to all stakeholders in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Case Management: Coordinate cases effectively and efficiently in accordance with internal and client-specific operations and billing procedures.
  • Customer Feedback: Seek and listen to customer feedback and escalate for quality improvement. Take responsibility for correcting customer service problems promptly.
  • Billing and Cost Management: Provide fully comprehensive billing information together with cost estimates where relevant - securing payment prior to delivery of services to non-clients. Recognize and escalate any opportunities for cost containment.
  • Case Preparation: Ensure that cases are correctly prepared for hand-over to the billing department.
  • Shift Management: Manage an allocated load of cases within the shift and ensure that case details and direction are communicated appropriately and efficiently in the transmission handover.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a global or international setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subscribers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and escalate when necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in telecommunication and computer systems, with the ability to document and manage cases effectively.
