About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day activities in the workshop and collaborate with the After Sales Manager to prepare the department's annual objectives.
  • Identify training requirements for personnel under supervision and forward recommendations to the After Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure staff work complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist the After Sales Manager in preparing reports that provide management information about service activities.
  • Monitor employees' efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques introduced by the principal in servicing vehicles and train staff accordingly.
  • Direct activities of workers engaged in testing new equipment and recommend purchase or rejection of equipment.
  • Approve attendance sheets and their adjustments before submission to the Accounts & Finance Department.
  • Maintain accurate time control records and allocate time to each task efficiently.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement & Stores Department to provide the Workshop with required parts and equipment.
  • Evaluate personnel performance and prepare reports for the After Sales Manager.
  • Direct and supervise personnel in performing tasks and resolving issues.
