About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety and security within the facility.
  • They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all H&S related matters, including preparing and maintaining H&S checklists and conducting daily rounds to identify hazards.
  • A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining discipline and harmony in the facility, as well as assisting with periodic H&S training and safety awareness programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility.
  2. Prepare and maintain H&S checklists identified in the facility.
  3. Arrange and ensure all workers are wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.
  4. Conduct daily rounds of the facility to identify any abnormalities and hazards; coordinate with supervisor for the same, both inside and outside the perimeter of the facility.
  5. Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility in coordination with the Supervisors and the Manager.
  6. Report any indiscipline, disruptive, or dishonest conduct by workers to management.
  7. Assist in recording Incident & Accident reports.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and self-disciplined individual who can uphold the safety culture within the organization. They should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly salary of AED 3500, live out allowance AED 850, and food allowance AED 206.25. Additional benefits include once in 2 years air ticket to home country, annual leaves, medical insurance, and company transportation.
