We are seeking a skilled HSE and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Emirates Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve maintenance-related issues and concerns.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and near-misses.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE principles and practices.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification is required; OSHA certification is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
