Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at MyGwork. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and RDBM; experience with MicroStrategy or other BI tools; and proficiency in coding languages such as Python or R.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
