Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to payment solutions and merchant acquiring processes.
- Business Requirements Documentation: Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance, Development, and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing acquiring processes, including troubleshooting issues and implementing bug fixes.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to payments acquiring for POS and e-commerce merchants.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst in the payments acquiring industry, with a focus on POS and e-commerce merchants.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of payments acquiring processes and switching technologies, including POS terminals, payment gateways, and payment processing networks.
- Industry Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to payments acquiring, such as PCI DSS compliance and EMV standards.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and related tools.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
