Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional prototypes.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
  4. Perform code reviews, server deployment, and unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Develop detailed technical documents, including functional specifications and design documents.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and ensure that developed features meet the originally defined acceptance criteria.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience working with LAMP or WAMP stack.
  3. Proficiency in database design and optimization, including MySQL and NoSQL.
  4. Working knowledge of REST API development standards and protocols, including HTTP/HTTPS.
  5. Knowledge of NDC APIs, Offer, and Order.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with micro-services and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, NodeJS, or Python.
  • Experience using Source Control Management Systems, such as Git.
  • Experience working with large and complex systems.
  • Previous experience with Datadog and CloudWatch for observability and alerting.
  • Experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
