Job Requirements

The role involves managing a team of Section Heads and Engineers to achieve project completion within time and budget. You will oversee direct construction activities, including subcontractors and personnel, ensuring all work is conducted safely and in accordance with applicable policies.

  • Provide construction support during the initial planning phase.
  • Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions.
  • Build and manage effective construction teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities.
Qualifications

BSc or MSc in any relevant Engineering Discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical). A minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 7 years in Oil & Gas Projects. Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or any equivalent) is highly desirable.
