We'd like to meet youJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead an established team of Section Head and Engineers all working together to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.Be responsible for the definition of detailed construction plans and schedule giving priorities where necessary.He will ensure the availability of technical documentation and on time request for necessary project personnel, materials and equipment.Be responsible for the Financial results of the Project and the proper management of resources (materials, equipment & manpower) in order to ensure financial results better than budgeted.Support, build and maintain positive customer relationships with Employer's and Engineer's representatives at his level is paramountQualificationsBSc or MSc in any relevant Engineering Discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical)Min. 5 years management experience in construction industry at similar level.Proven leadership skillsProven analytical, planning and organizing skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsCapability to perform under stressful situationsResult driven and decisive personalityBasic business, legal and contractual awarenessFluency in the English languageKnowledge of project management toolsKnowledge of basic financial conceptsAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you:Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
