**Job Overview**

A strategic leader is required to manage the fabrication yard construction effort for a defined scope of work. This individual will plan, direct, and lead the construction effort in applying the most cost-effective approach to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the scope of work as related to construction onshore, pre-commissioning, and loadout of facilities in conformance with contractual requirements and project schedules.

This role requires strong leadership skills to maintain standards of safety and quality defined in company procedures.

Educational Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often required, although relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
  • Several years of experience in construction management, particularly in the oil and gas industry, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek guidance from the Construction Manager and Fabrication Management before making critical decisions.
  • Provide direction and make decisions in pursuit of project goals and objectives.
  • Direct and coordinate construction teams in the execution of projects.
  • Foster an environment for building team morale and consensus within the team.
