Key Responsibilities- Table Management: Ensure that all tabletop items are clean and in good repair, and that the table top setup is according to the restaurant's requirements.
- Guest Greeting and Seating: Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and seat them according to the standards of our hotel.
- Service Assistance: Assist with service as required by the Restaurant Manager, and handle all telephone bookings and inquiries in accordance with our hotel's standards.
- Guest Feedback and Complaints: Ensure that the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager are kept informed of all guest comments and complaints.
- Closing Procedures: During the closing procedure, ensure that all tabletop items are collected and cleaned as per our hotel's standards.
- Availability and Attentiveness: Be present in the restaurant during service hours, and ensure that all menus, drinks lists, and guest collateral items are kept clean and undamaged according to our hotel's standards.
- Guest History Records: Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining all guest history records.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
