The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch operations for our clients, including communicating with clients, maintaining accurate records, and tracking progress.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate the dispatch activities for our clients.
  2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze dispatch data, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Team Support: Collaborate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience in transport management within the UAE is an asset.
