KeyResponsibilities:

Coordinate and manage thedispatch operations for our clients

Communicatewith clients to understand their requirements and ensure timelydelivery of services

Maintain accurate recordsof dispatch activities and update systems with relevantinformation

Monitor and track the progress ofdispatches to ensure ontime delivery

Coordinatewith drivers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficientoperations

Resolve any issues or delays in thedispatch process and provide solutions

Maintaina good relationship with clients and provide excellent customerservice

Utilize MS Excel to track and analyzedispatch data

Utilize excellent keyboard skillsto enter data accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in arelevant field

Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal

Advanced knowledge ofMS Excel

Exceptional keyboard skills

Previous experience in transport management within theUAE is an added advantage

Ability to work wellunder pressure and in a fastpaced environment

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
