Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Estemarat Group in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, supporting management and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Office Operations: Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain records.
- Provide Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Create Reports and Documents: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
- Maintain Filing Systems: Organize filing systems, databases, and office supplies.
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
- Support HR and Finance Teams: Provide assistance with employee records, payroll support, and documentation.
- Handle Invoice Processing: Process invoices, expense reports, and office budget tracking.
- Coordinate Office Maintenance: Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (UAE experience preferred).
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and possess high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
