The OpportunityThis role requires the main contact for all administrative matters for the Dubai team. The ideal candidate will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Director in Dubai and People Partner in Sydney to develop communication protocols, streamline procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision (where applicable), and contribute to global Finance and People & Culture initiatives.
Your Key Tasks- Manage office maintenance in Dubai, including mailing, shipping, office supplies, equipment, bills, and trade documents.
- Coordinate diary management and travel arrangements for all employees in Dubai and incoming visitors from other offices.
- Administer HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, global payroll, benefits, immigration, leave, recognition, WHS, and learning development.
- Prepare employment contracts, visa documents, terminations, and severance letters in collaboration with EP&T's People Partner and/or external advisers.
- Ensure efficient office services, with organized operations, controlled correspondences, designed filing systems, and approved supply requisitions.
