About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

**Client Experience**

  • Embody Sephora's Attitude and set an example for the team.
  • Provide support to the team in difficult situations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coach and train the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs.
  • Take on floor leadership segments and ensure the floor is always managed and covered.
  • Energize and motivate the team to deliver an addictive experience for our clients.
  • Analyze overall satisfaction and propose action plans to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work with the team to offer our Beauty Services and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Support the Area Manager in analyzing results and proposing action plans to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain and enforce quality customer service and resolve customer service complaints.

**People**

  • Motivate and develop the team through daily coaching and observations.
  • Communicate and inspire the team on business strategy, vision, and relevant information.
  • Increase team confidence and motivation through praise and feedback.
  • Identify, engage, and develop talents and secure succession plans in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Ensure the team attends training and follow up after training.
  • Ensure the team uses E-learning tools and follow up on average training frequency.
  • Ensure an addictive beauty experience through monthly assessments.
  • Facilitate team meetings to analyze and discuss performance.
  • Be responsible for the Development and improvement plans of the entire assigned team.
  • Oversee the annual leave of the team and liaise with the Area Manager for final validation.

**Sales**

  • Inspire the team to achieve commercial and operational KPIs and create improvement plans.
  • Reinforce sales policies and techniques established at Sephora University.
  • Balance and drive sales targets.
  • Achieve the desired market share for services.
  • Share achievements with colleagues and animate the floor to motivate the team.
  • Create internal competitions to motivate the team and boost achievements.
  • Analyze results and create action plans to achieve set targets.

**Operations**

  • Apply policies and procedures regarding products, testers, prices, merchandising, and other partners.
  • Contribute to maintaining an excellent store image through cleanliness and product restocking.
  • Enforce the team to apply and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Accurately monitor stock availability.
  • Propose podium orders and track daily performance.
  • Drive operational KPIs and create improvement plans.
  • Align with Category Departments on shelving plans, novelties, brand relocations, and grid changes.

**Business**

  • Support the Area Manager with knowledge of market conditions, competition, client needs, etc.
  • Analyze relevant KPIs and propose action plans for improvement.
  • Develop and propose short- and long-term strategies to drive top and bottom line/brands sales.
  • Manage business KPIs and team selling behavior in high-volume stores.
  • Provide product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge.
  • Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
  • Follow trends and perform market visits and analyses to understand the local market.
  • Ensure all Business reports are completed efficiently.

  • Project an exceptional image and body language in accordance with Sephora's guidelines.
  • Keep up to date on trends and products.
  • Inspire, mentor, and coach the team.
  • Transfer knowledge and create a highly performing culture in the store.

**Requirements**

  • Advanced Product Knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge on health and safety procedures.
  • Proven successful role in managing.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in store management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • English – advanced level.
