Job Title: Business Development Manager

Caliberly is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the golf and turf industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
  • Work closely with our General Manager to create and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare and present business reports to the GM, highlighting new opportunities and key decision makers
  • Monitor sales forecasts and prepare stock order plans as required
  • Collaborate with our service and sales teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and business development experience in the golf and turf industry
  • Strong knowledge of P&L analysis, competitor analysis, and business reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience with brands such as EZGO, Jacobsen, Club Car, Toro, Rain Bird, John Deere, and Yamaha
  • Microsoft Office Applications and CRM knowledge
  • Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills
