**Job Title:** Commercial Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading commercial projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Co-lead projects with the Project Manager to achieve targeted financial results, including revenue, profit, cash, asset position, and financing instruments.
  • Contract Management: Review and evaluate contract conditions, including attachments, and ensure a thorough examination of the contract with the project team.
  • Cost Allocation: Coordinate with the Project Manager to allocate onshore and offshore costs properly.
  • Financial Planning: Work closely with offshore CPMs to manage project financials, maintain actuals, forecast, and budget, ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Cost and Pricing Calculation: Ensure the accuracy of cost and pricing calculations, as well as overall project books and records, including recording in respective ERPs.
  • Commercial Documentation: Prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensure the accuracy of commercial project data.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks proactively and work with the project team to raise alternative solutions.
  • Asset Management: Manage assets, initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms, and ensure timely payment and proper allocation.
  • Communication: Actively communicate with customer representatives and manage the resolution of commercial issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure efficient communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with FRG and local GAAP requirements, as well as Business Conduct Guidelines and relevant tax and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Business Administration/Finance qualification
  • Certification: CPM Certification is required
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience: Service Business experience and LTSA experience is an asset
  • Knowledge: High proficiency level in IFRS and US-GAAP requirements
  • Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Personal Qualities: Self-starting and assertive
