Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Backend Systems: Develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems to support AI-driven applications.
- Integrate LLMs into Services: Seamlessly integrate LLMs into backend services to improve performance and reliability.
- Fine-tune and Optimize Models: Continuously fine-tune and optimize LLMs to meet specific project requirements.
- Develop High-Performance APIs: Build high-performance APIs to facilitate interaction with LLMs and other backend services.
- Ensure Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of code.
- Evaluate and Test Technology Stacks: Experiment with and assess various technology stacks to identify the best tools for project needs.
- Assist in Research Initiatives: Support the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge research in AI and NLP.

Requirements:
- Strong Python Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, with a focus on backend development.
- Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience in setting up, fine-tuning, and integrating open-source LLMs into applications.
- Backend Development Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI.
- API Development Experience: Proven experience in building and scaling APIs.
- Knowledge of AI Feedback Systems: Understanding of RLHF and related AI training methodologies.
- Familiarity with Data Science Tools: Knowledge of data science workflows and tools like Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries; experience with DataIKU is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create simulations, visualize data, and address complex technical challenges effectively.
- Startup Mindset: Adaptability, proactiveness, and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
