  • Understand client requirements and present multiple options to clients, helping them to shortlist properties and finalize deals.
  • Manage property resale, including marketing and sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or real estate.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
  • Ability to compare property prices and monitor current transactions.
