About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Banking department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Grow the portfolio of Employee Banking Clients by a desired percentage, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to attract and retain existing clients.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop creative outreach strategies, lead generation and management through FAB CRM systems, and drive multi-product sales with a focused approach on increasing corporate profitability.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to exceed expectations, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, and identify and address their needs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review processes to find better ways of working, work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals, and manage CIB relationships and direct the fulfillment team to execute business in the EB client premises.
