  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Industrial Automation sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and other industrial-related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
