Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and staff, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
  • Problem Resolution: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Special Guests: Oversee and coordinate the arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs), ensuring that their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in guest relations or a similar role is an asset.
  • Education: Diploma/BS degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German or Russian is a must.
  • Skills: Excellent problem resolution skills, outstanding communication and active listening skills, ability to work flexible hours, and a professional presentation.
