About the Role:

As a Urogynecology Specialist at SearchPlus HR Dubai, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with pelvic floor disorders and conditions affecting the urinary and reproductive systems of women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with pelvic floor disorders to identify the underlying causes and develop effective treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to assess the condition and function of the pelvic organs and muscles.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and interventions for patients with urogynecological conditions, including surgical procedures to correct pelvic floor disorders and restore proper function.
• Educate and counsel patients about their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they are fully informed and empowered to make decisions about their care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and multidisciplinary care, ensuring seamless communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Document and maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to medical ethics and professional standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of urogynecology through continuous education and professional development, ensuring you remain at the forefront of best practices and research.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Urogynecology Specialist.
• Specialization in Urogynecology from an accredited institution.
• Extensive experience and expertise in diagnosing and managing pelvic floor disorders.
• Ability to perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and patient safety.
• Strong surgical skills and experience in performing urogynecological procedures.
