Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Urogynecologist Specialist to join our team at SearchPlus HR Dubai. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various urogynecological conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and overactive bladder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat urogynecological conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Perform urogynecological surgeries with precision and efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of pelvic floor disorders
  • Offer counseling and education on pelvic health, pelvic muscle exercises, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in urogynecology

Requirements

  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Urogynecologist
  • Completion of a recognized residency program in urogynecology or obstetrics and gynecology
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating urogynecological conditions
  • Expertise in performing urogynecological surgeries
  • Familiarity with the latest advancements and best practices in urogynecology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare
  • Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
