Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat variousurogynecological conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse,urinary incontinence, and overactivebladder
• Perform urogynecological surgeries,such as mesh removal, bladder sling procedures, and vaginalreconstructive surgery
• Provide comprehensiveevaluation and management of pelvic floordisorders
• Offer counseling and education onpelvic health, pelvic muscle exercises, and lifestylemodifications
• Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals, including urologists, gynecologists, and physicaltherapists, to ensure integrated and holistic patientcare
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research,advancements, and best practices in the field ofurogynecology
• Participate in clinical research,contribute to scientific publications, and present atconferences
• Conduct outreach programs andeducational sessions to raise awareness about pelvic floorhealth
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license topractice as a Consultant/Specialist inUrogynecologist
• Completion of a recognizedresidency program in urogynecology or obstetrics andgynecology
• Proven experience in diagnosing andtreating various urogynecologicalconditions
• Expertise in performingurogynecological surgeries with precision andefficiency
• Familiarity with the latestadvancements and best practices inurogynecology
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectivelycommunicate with patients
• Empathy, compassion,and a patient-centered approach tohealthcare
• Detail-oriented mindset andexcellent organizational skills
