Revenue Development Lead

Job Description
The Revenue Development Lead will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely supply of merchandise and assortment build-up for marquee events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
