  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure that our creative work meets their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • 10-15 Years of Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing creative strategies.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing creative teams, with a strong focus on mentoring and skill development.
  • Passion for Technology: A passion for technology and innovation, with experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and MidJourney.
  • Multilingual Skills: Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Arabic and English speakers will be given preference.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Portfolio of Work: A portfolio of work that demonstrates your creative vision, leadership skills, and ability to drive business results.
