Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Business Development Professional at ADVANCED CARE GROUP UAE, you will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing and managing various agreements and formalities using standardized forms.
  2. Coordinating with the Sales administrator to provide client information and transaction details.
  3. Assisting in the development and update of sales plans to drive business growth.
  4. Updating the Sales administrator or finance team on new sales, reservations, and payment plans.
  5. Following up on contractual matters and late payments with clients.
Sales and Marketing Objectives

You will be responsible for:

  1. Selling units in real estate projects to meet sales targets.
  2. Ensuring presence at the sales center at all times to engage with clients.
  3. Attending sales events and road shows to promote the company's offerings.
  4. Identifying clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.
  5. Reporting and updating on sales performance as required.
  6. Developing marketing initiatives to generate new leads and increase sales for the office.
