  • Handle customer-related issues and direct other phone calls to the appropriate personnel or take messages as needed.
  • Prepare and submit various reports to the manager, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rentals, and process extensions as required.
  • Enter and maintain information in location logs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process car exchange requests in the computer system or manually prior to releasing the replacement vehicle.
  • Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and skill in the operation of car reservation software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of car rental or leasing operations
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to present a professional attitude and promote a positive impression to customers and employees
  • Able to recognize opportunities to present upgrades to customers
  • Able to type and perform data entry accurately
  • Able to process paperwork according to policies and procedures
  • Able to write clearly and concisely
  • Able to understand and follow oral and written directions
