Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Sundus, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner. This includes ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and demonstrating politeness, poise, dignity, and emotional maturity in handling calls. You will also be responsible for dealing with enquiries independently, taking ownership of the issue until a satisfactory outcome has been reached for the customer. Additionally, you will identify the nature of the customer's enquiry and offer all possible help in the quickest possible time using technical knowledge and data seeking capabilities. You will clearly communicate reasons for concerns/issues to the customer and maintain contact. In some cases, you may need to escalate customer issues to the Team Leader or Back Office Team if a satisfactory outcome cannot be achieved via standard procedures. Finally, you will identify sales opportunities and inform the customer of relevant products and services if applicable.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be able to maintain accurate records of customer requests and ensure reliable and timely tracking of customer requests.
